CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
You may check the status of your order by logging into your STARFIRE DIAMONDS account in the MY ACCOUNT tab. You will also be able to update your personal information and shipping address in this tab.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Australia & NZ – Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us – email@example.com – with your name, contact number and invoice number.
International – Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us firstname.lastname@example.org – with your name, contact number and invoice number.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

From time to time STARFIRE DIAMONDS has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Order page (found after you have entered your shipping address details) and hit the “apply” button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Australian & New Zealand Standard Shipping Costs – $10
Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.
International Shipping Costs – $10
Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
